When you place an order we keep a record of what you ordered, the total, and the time. If you message us on WhatsApp, we have your name, number and delivery address, because the courier needs them.
We do not ask for card or bank details on this website, and we have no way to store them.
We use it to pack your order, hand it to the courier, and answer you if you message us again. That is all.
The courier company gets your name, address and phone number, because they cannot deliver without them. Nobody else.
We do not sell, rent or share customer lists with anyone.
If you leave a review on a product page, the name you type and your review text become public on that page once we approve it. Do not put your phone number or address in a review.
Message us on WhatsApp (0322 4530600) and ask us to delete your details, and we will.
